Bad Customer Service

App**** for a store card online. Haven't heard anything to date, sent an email last week to customer service, no reply received, tried phoning today, just said my name & the lady said, phone back the line is very bad and she put it the phone down. Decided not to contact them again, worst customer service i had to deal with ever
