Bad bad service

I am highly disappointed at the bad customer service that I got from tekkie town eyethu mall, orange farm. I get to the store and wanted to get a pair of tekkies for my nephew as a gift, I can see that there are some shoes on display. I opened 1 box of shoes to see which make it was, I specifically wanted an All Star half tekkie and not the boot like pair. Seeing that the one I had opened was the boot pair, I reached to open the second same size shoe box, a guy by the name of Mongezii comes to me out of nowhere and tells me that I'm not allowed to open the boxes. I got so annoyed that I immediately went to my little sister who was viewing something else in the store and I tell her what had just happened, I went back to this guy and asked him why am I not supposed to open the boxes, his response was that "some customers open the boxes and leave the shoes lying around", I asked him why that I left no shoes lying around or did he see me leaving shoes all over? I immediately left the store, I was so annoyed cos I was judged and disrespected. That's such poor service, I did not make an online shopping cos I wanted to see the shoes but I was not allowed to touch the boxes. This is absolutely insane
