Avoid at all costs

<p>I understand that tekkie town has a no refund policy but what's really disappointing is that they claim to offer an exchange policy but dont adhere to it. I purchased a pair of oakley sandals from the brigh****er commons store. I purchased these the day before and was not happy and the size was 1 size smaller than i'm usually used to wearing. Upon return the next day, i was denied an exchange for a larger size. </p> <p>If you refer to the provided till slip, it clearly indicates that an exchange will be provided if the shoes have the original tags and have not been used.</p> <p>What am I missing here? This is clearly a breach of the company policy. Why mislead customers and the public? ...totally unacceptable!</p>
