Atrocious excuse for a retail business

Atrocious customer support, to be eating while serving your customers?! Are you serious? And what disgusting manners from the point of sale staff , my mother is an elderly woman with trouble hearing and was not well and was spoken to with such aggression and no impatience, whilst wearing a cap and looking at her like she was dirt, who do they actually think they are to treat people like this?! Pure pure rudeness and disrespect at its best. There was absolute no regard for the fact that your staff understood they were engaging with paying customers, with human beings for that matter. How on earth does EVERYONE working in your store eat while serving customers? The store is always untidy and smells atrocious with cleaning equipment just lying around while your staff sits around.I honestly don't know how anyone purchases from your store nor why you bothered to hire staff. Waste of investment. Most atrocious customer experience of my life.
