Arrogant manager

Useless customer service the so called manager at tekkie town in boitekong mall is useless n ***********ed i made a laybye n paid everything on the 22/12/2018 no one said anything to me even a sinple greeting now i realised one pair is small when i send my mother to change the size the manager was so rude she refused to change the shoes i then called to understand y the shoes were nt exchanged she claims the she shoes were dirty n she spoke in a annoyed rude manner she even pointed that i can complain she doesn't care now i bought 3 pairs of shoes i want a full refund of my money or i want the shoes changed while you at it take that manager on customer servuce training cz she is useless
