Appalling Service - Tekkie Town Walmer Park, PE

Hello. I would like to post a complaint about Tekkie Town Walmer Park, PE.

I was appalled to say the least by the service I received today. Paid R750 for a pair of sneakers for my son, not two months old and the material is pulling loose from the front.

The sales assistants both showed very little interest in me, not apologising nor sympathizing with my situation at all. Leaning over their work desk casuaaly, not shy to hide their disinterest.

A line manager was called amd the person told me straight out that they do not deal with the queries but will send it to the customer service department. They said they cannot promise a replacement as wear and tear has to be taken into account. The shoes are TWO months old and is not worn every day and children run and play and he has had other tekkies that not once did this?? He has feet, not claws for goodness sake, the material carries a 6month guarantee, it has just been two month. So utterly disappointing 😔

I was given a copy of my payment proof, no assessment form completed. Shoes had to stay there till they had feedback from customer service.

I am convinced that I will not be assisted, because if the sales staff showed any less interest, my query would not even exist. Serving customers has no meaning to the staff at this store. I will never buy from them again.
