Appalling mistreatment. Completely disgusted

At the N1 City Tekkie Town, I endured a truly awful and repulsive experience. When I attempted to return an online order in-store, the sales consultant chose to completely disregard me and verbally insult me with profanity. Ms. Densne Saunders, the supervisor at N1 City Tekkie Town, threatened me by saying she would "moer" me. She told me to leave the store and return my items elsewhere, claiming she is the manager and is unwilling to help me. I am utterly appalled by the level of service I received from both the sales consultant and her arrogance. Where is the policy that emphasizes that the customer is always right and should be treated with dignity? Her arrogance and aggressive nature should not be tolerated in a customer service environment. My question is how many other's before me have been subjected to this unfair and vulgar treatment. Its not only embarrassing but also alarming to think you could be attacked by an employee of Tekkie Town N1 city. I will never be shopping at that store again or any other store associated with tekkie town.
