*********** and utter lack of respect for customer

I recently did an online order at Tekkie Town. They accepted the order, send a confirmation email and tracking number. I've been trying to track my order but I kept getting a "not found" response. So finally I called them, come to hear they've canceled my order, without informing me, without refunding me,worst of all no one knows why. Ridiculous. Basically if I didn't call I never would have known anything. It's been 8 days and I'm still trying to get this sorted. Worst service I've ever received.
