An unhappy customer

I’m writing this review with a sore heart.. I purchased a pair of shoes for my Son at Tekkie Town Verulam and they didn’t fit him I took them back for exchange to my surprise they refused and said it had been worn so they can’t help me… I asked them how I was supposed to do to see if they fit him or not, they couldn’t answer….Tekkie Town Verulam you lost me as a Customer
