Alls well that ends well

12 days ago, I bought boots from Tekkie Town. They didn't feel quite right, but they were the only boots I liked and they didn't have any half sizes, so I thought I'd give them a try. After wearing them a couple of times, I decided to take them back, as they were uncomfortable and I couldn't walk in them. The first chance I had to return them was today.<br> <br> Initially, they told me that they had a 10 day refund policy. A sign on the wall stated that their refund policy was stated on the back of the till slip. I checked my till slip, and there was no refund policy anywhere to be found.<br> <br> After some conversations back and forth and a few phone calls, Tekkie Town agreed to refund me in full.<br> <br> Well done to the staff involved who decided to over-rule an invisible company policy and do the right thing.<br> <br> Next time I see a pair of boots in that branch that I like - and that fit me properly - I'll definitely do business with them again.
