<p> A friend received a pair of Converse as a gift, but the size is incorrect. Suren from the branch at Retail Crossing was willing to exchange the shoes, whereas Christina from Blackheath wasn't helpful at all. I will buy from Suren based on this experience. Unfortunately he didn't have the size I was looking for, so the transaction wasn't finalised, but the fact that he was willing to help was a really good experience.</p>
