Accounts not up to date

Good day<br> I received my statement of November 2015 and the opening balance shows R227.70. Transactions that were recorded was:<br> 13 Oct Col. SMS Fee (I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SMS'E)<br> 13 Oct Col. Collections letter (I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY COLLECTION LETTER)<br> 27 Oct Col. SMS Fee (I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SMS'E)<br> 29 Oct Payment of R227.70<br> Closing balance was R28.61<br> I received the statement of 13 December in the beginning of January 2016 with a balance of R33.10<br> On 16 Jan I pay the R33.10<br> Today I received my statement of 12 Jan for a balance of R55.45 which include AGAIN the Col. SMS fee and Collection fee (I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SMS OR LETTER!!!!)<br> I refuse to pay that - I will forward this statement to my attorney because I was charged for something I did not get. <br> I can not help if the SA Post office is useless with the delivery of the post. if you said that you send SMS'e to the customers, please proof it, because I did not receive any SMS'e.<br> I will take this matter also to the Ombudsman.
