I am very ****ed regarding the level of experience received from Tekkie Town. I communicated with Tekkie Town complaints department regarding an exchange and I was to told to go to the branch where I bought shoes from and when I got there they told me that they received a call from Customer Care for exchange refusal and that it was their strategy on most customers to approve and then call the store and advise them to refuse as soon the customer gets there.
