Slow Payment --- Passing the Buck

We are Contractor doiing work for the Tegeta.<br> Very Slow to make disitions, also very slow to Pay The Invoices, Certificate will be passed onto 3-5 diffrent Persons to counttersign etc. <br> a lot of time wasted on doiing basic things<br> Poor managemeent of Contractors on Mine.
