Before I started the level 3 course, I did not know what to expect and was afraid of failing and dropping out. What impressed me the most was the polite feedback on assignments and a clear explanation on how to correct my mistakes. I was also impressed with the turnaround time on everything, from a simple enquiry to assignment feedback to receiving my certificate. I would definitely recommend The TEFL Academy to someone else and I would love to take the level five course in the near future.
