Getting the hard copy is extremely stressful, they sent my copy to the wrong address. Today I still don't know if they have posted it. Living in South Africa we know the postal service is bad. TEFL academy offer no possibility to pay for the courier, you have no clue when you will get your hard copy one day. This is needed for China, it is just a very stressful experience.
