Good experience

I just want to commend The TEFL Academy for the leaving me, not only with a qualification but also a good learning experience.

Starting out I had a minor issue getting logged in and had to make use of their customer care. It was refreshing to be met with a reply within 24hrs. Customer care was not only pleasant and professional but long suffering as it was not resolved the first time.

I had to make use of customer care more than once and the excellent service continued until long after I had finished the course as had to finalize my certificate and lost access to the course.

The course was well laid out, thoroughly covering all material, in all manners of mediums, teaching and testing throughout the course. The platform itself was easy to use and hassle free.

All in all a really good experience.
