Their service was tge worat ever service I have ever encountered. The lady who was assisting after placing an order kept on postponing the collection of my goods, to a point i ended up asking her to ship my items using a taxi a week later. After the delivery it turns out the they was a missing item, she only told me about it when the parcel was delivered and claimed that the parcel has broken and it was gonna be delivered to me the following day. After that the lady started ignoring my calls and kept on changing stories now and again. After that she decided to ignore my chats and my calls its been three weeks the lady is ignoring my calls. When i write on chats to check the whereabout of my parcel she keeps quite. When i ask for a money back since she has failed dismal to delivery on her promise she keeps quite again.
