Unhappy tanent unit 812

On the 25th of February when I just drop off from a public transport I was ****** at a gun point everything was taken I wrote an email to them couldn't pay my rent I had to book in home affairs finally was able to but now I had to pay rent for too months which I had no issue with it today they sent me a WhatsApp about payment I told them I'm getting on the 25th I will pay they cut my electricity which I find it very weakedness to them it all about money i am so not happy.
