cruelty

I have never been so iltreated in my life Tee properties and its employees have acted very cruel to me.I app**** for a flat through an agency whom he brought forward an approval contract which we had agreed that he should sign it on my behalf as I was nocking off late from work,the agreement was for me to move in on the 1st of April my agency contacted me in the morning yesterday asking when am i making payment told him later on in the day which I did and forwarded him the proof of payment and requested the keys to move in as I no longer have a place to stay my stuff was outside already someone has already moved in,he responded that he will get back to me as its after hours he will try to contact the landlord.

He never got back to me until now I went to the building and managed to get hold of the landlord which he came to try to assist he contact his manager Landile whom called and told me to show proof of payment I did,after her seeing it she requested me to make another payment and this time make it immediate payment how pathetic first of all I have communicated with my agency regarding the payment that I do not have money to pay for deposit he has said to me before I make payment I should wait for him he needs to go speak to the office regarding the deposit he came back and told me it is Okey the office has agreed that I should pay only R2100 and move in the deposit I shall pay it in 3months office has agreed I went straight and paid.

Now when I'm with my stuff and homeless I'm not given the keys which belong to me they ask me to pay another R2100 and this time make it immediate payment which that alone was never communicated with me by this so called agency.

Had to leave my stuff outside and go look for a place to sleep with my child which is very dangerous in jhb cbd I am furious with ther unprofessionalism all of them especially Landile who was supposed to have handled this issue differently as a building manager but she did not very negligent acted with an i don't care attitude which I don't take light at all and I'm going to take legal action.

Even today I will be going around looking for a place to sleep but I own a place that I have paid.

This is total nonsense.
