I have never seen a place so *********** as this, 3 months ago I took a flat in Joburg cbd , 1 they never gave me the lease agreement a month ago I lost my job and I immediately informed them I won't be able to pay they advised me I will need to pay 2 months rent since I'm canceling the lease before 12 months I informed them I needed to move out and was willing to pay that amount in installments they refused for me to move out to a point where they cut my electricity and locked me out of my flat which than is not allowed in South Africa I'm now stuck unemployed and they don't want me to move out the rent is just pilling up I spoke to their office with no assistance , spoke to a Lady named Landile and she said management refused me to sign an acknowledgement of Debt I just need to move out!!! I asked a solution from them I found nothing there's no way forward they just don't want me to move out spoke to a guy named Lucky for their Head office in Rosebank still no one is helping this is such unprofessional
