BAD SERVICE TO TENANTS AND BLOCKED ISSUES

Horrible service from their so called "building manager" Dumo Rafoma and their property manager named Keith.

The building always has blockage issues pipes from the kitchen sinke are connected to bathroom basin whiles bathing the dirt water from kitchen sink will flood into the bathroom basin.. When you notify Dumo on several occasions he will be rude and diffensive and he won't provide permanent solution. 2.When i asked to be moved to another available room i was told theyl deduct R1200 for painting from my deposit which is no where stipulated in the lease contract.

Duma and Keith are very rude to tenants and they always make sure you loose all your deposit by penalizing tenants for non existing faults.

3 The bedroom i was living in was never painted before i occupy it by when i wanted to move out i was told about that R1200 painting deduction.

Dumo Rafoma and Keith needs to be tought manners and customers skills. They are both rediculous and unprofessional.

I will advice anyone to stay away from from Tee Properties and Cambridge house to be specific
