Please beware of this guy!

He installed our swimming pool March 2020, just before the lockdown. One week later the "new pool pump gave in he then used the lockdown as an excuse as to why he could not ix it, understood and valid. as the levels eased he denied responsibility and sent us the guys number whom he bought the pump rom they confirmed that the pump was 2nd hand and we then paid for a new pump, they too are ****** because they installed another 2nd hand pump promising to send the invoice, we went through 3 pumps in 7 months, eventually we got a better qualified pool guy and they confirmed that the DB box, Filter and pump was old, and we since installed a brand new pump and filter, the water feature's cladding was falling off after one week, the paving spacing is like 10cm wide with spaces, the pool itself is way over stabilized and the water feature is leaking.

all of the above i fixed. be fore we paid him we asked if he was registered with the NHBRC and he confirmed that he as in the process (we have proof of this) and if anything is needed he will organize it, a year went by and last week i asked him and re told me that he is registered now and he will not help us with what we need, he has no dealings with us, he even said we can get lawyers involved which we are.

he has no customer etiquette and is very unprofessional.

Poor workmanship and beware that your job comes with no guarantee.

This is by far one of my biggest mistakes.
