Run with my money and no invoice for work done

This guy Tee man from Tatenda from Kempton park and Zimbabwe is a *****. I paid him and was supposed to receive a refund and he never gave my refund. The light he installed only worked for a week. He is working with dirty smelling people and he just pick up people from the streets to come and work. I made a big mistake by getting this guy. Do not use him ever. The pool work done is poor shame.
