I want my money back Tee Boutique

I purchased my t-shirts from Tee Boutique on the 22nd Nov I paid them and sent them proof of payment immediately. After they received proof of payment they told me that I will get my Tshirt at the end of the month. After the month end I sent them a whatsapp message reminding them about my order they never responded. I told them that I will use these t-shirts on the 14th Dec but they rnever rep****. After a couple of messages requesting for my refund the lady by the name Masego rep**** on the 22nd December apologizing on behalf of the company and told me that they will process my refund the following day and she requested my banking details. I waited until today. I have been sending them messages on whatsapp they not responding. I even inbox the boss lady they not responding. I am not going to give in I want my money back.
