zero customer service

I got an email from "HelloPeter" saying I hadn't received a response from my first Review. Well that was the point of the whole point of the first review! They are impossible to contact by phone - calls are never picked up, you can listen to canned plink plonk music for 15 mins! The "contact us" button in their web site does not work. Eventually found their "info@" email address, automatic reply promised contact within 24 hours - still waiting after weeks.
