Worst Service experienced

<p>The home of Living Brands in Cape Town do not return calls, do not give progress re repairs, do not answer their phone, & when they do it is only after numerous attempts. They then transfer the call which rings & rings & rings and eventually you just get cut off. I have been trying to speak to them for 2½ weeks now and even phoned their head office in Johannesburg to report them an their telephone does not get answered either. I have never experienced such bad & non existent service. They should be shut down and their entire staff fired. I have called the 8 time this afternoon with no luck in speaking to anyone. They are downright USELESS</p>
