Worst service EVER!
I recently bought a Hoover 1800w upright vacuum cleaner. From the very first day I had problems with it. It works for about 6 minutes, then shuts down for at least 20 minutes. I know it is supposed to shut down if it overheats, but this is ridiculous! I have emailed Hoover at least 4 times, but no response is forthcoming. Worst service EVER! I will be returning this vacuum tomorrow.
