worst service and horrible product russell hobbs

We bought a Russell hobbs Microwave about 3 years ago, and the thing is RUSTING, my other checkers cheapie lasted us 10years before it broke down, and we are using it exactly the same way, I mean, you pay for the name RUSSEL HOBBS and you expect quality, but if this is the kind of \quality"that you sell I will NEVER buy any Russel hobbs item again! Please can you explain why this happens? It is a really expensive thing to buy and then it does not even last! <br> <br> and now they send me a mail that says i don't clean the microwave and it is food particles and that it is under the damn glass plate"
