Worst Possible Company

The worst possible service i have ever received. I sent my sewing machine in on Tuesday, and was told that i would get a quote in 2 days before i give the go ahead to fix it. Ive called every day for a week and a half with the promise that "someone" will get back to me and nobody ever does. Quote of R400 was sent to my mother 2 weeks later, only to call and then receive a quote of R560. Utterly ridiculous service and i will never return!
