WORST, OR RATHER NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

Why is it so difficult to get through to the service centers???? I called all three service centers in Gauteng, Durban and Cape Town . No answer at all of them for the entire day !!!!! What must one do to get the help you need ? Maybe there's a secret number to call , I dont know 🤔 🤷 I even sent an email which I'm still awaiting a response or assistance .
