WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED EVER

Dear Hello Peter,<br> <br> This is the first time that I am logging a complaint, but I have never accounted such bad telephonic customer service in my life before. When contacting the agency I have had a 99% disappointment rate when it comes to their telephonic system to connect me to the right person. I have contacted the agency numerous times before I managed to place an order and now that I have made the payment, it is 12 days and 4 phone calls later with no success rate to find out if the parcel has actually been send. The phone either gets completely cut off, or I get put through to the wrong person who tells me that the only person to speak to is Andriesia Booysen. Andriesia Booysen is however never available. She either is in training, or on another call, or not answering her phone. Then I get cut off again, or receive a telephonic error message and so the cycle continues when I attempt to phone again. On two occasions I have left my number to be phoned back, and they have not contacted me. I am severely disappointed that it is so difficult to log an enquiry, and also that I have not received the products that I have ordered yet. When I placed the order, the stock was available.
