Worst customer experience of my life!
Worst service experience of my life! In March I phoned their branch in Ndabeni. I phoned about 8 times over 3 days and left several messages, but no one got back to me. Eventually I mail them to ask someone to phone me and they tell me they can't get parts for my machine. Fair enough, no parts is not your fault. I then decided to take it for an assessment anyway, since I had it assessed by another vendor and wanted your company's professional opinion of the problem. Camlene (Consumer Service Administrator)sent me a mail stating their hours are "Monday to Friday and 8am to 12:00pm Saturdays", I drove there on a Saturday, only to find out that they are in fact not open on a Saturday. I drive there again on the Monday, but the ladies there tell me they are closing at the end of the month, so there is no point in leaving my machine there. Plus they actually don't have an on-site technician, making me wonder why the receptionist kept on transferring to the service department SO many times when I phoned a few months ago. I speak to Camlene again, she assures me that they are NOT closing! I go back again a week later and the lady assures me that they are closing, advising that they have received their retrenchments letters. I phone Camlene while I am in the shop and she tells me again that they are not closing. I asked her to ask her manager to phone me, but more than a month later they still didn't get back to me! I have a brand new Brother machine, I'm seriously worried about where I will take it for warranty repairs!
