Wonderful service

I needed a part for my electric frying pan and contacted HoLB via their website, expecting to never hear another thing, well, too my surprise I had an answer within a few hours. Whatever my query was handled extremely quickly and courteously. The part was not posted due to an error but once contacted my part was despatched extremely quickly and lots of apologies!!
