Warranty claim denied

Imagine my sheer disappointment when after only 6 months my microwave started to rust. I had sent them both in this past weekend for repair when today I get a call to say sorry we are not honoring your warranty. Hoovatic Services in East London are refusing to fix it!

When I had bought my Samsung washing machine, my Hisense fridge and TV, Samsung and Hisense honored my warranties. My Russell Hobbs microwave? Sadly you seem to have no record of my warranty which I did register online as soon as I got home. I am very disappointment and highly upset with you.
