Warning

Russell Hobbs appliances that carry a two year warrenty as can be seen on packaging and even in the warrenty manual is not correct. the warrenty is for a one year period with an option to extend. which you wil only find on the last page of the manual. I took my microwave to be repaired today which I understood had a two year warrenty only to find out that it was in fact a one year warrenty. Page two of the manual says quite clearly "two year warrenty" but page 16 says one year and can be extended. Surely this is ******* and is misrepresentation to the consumer. Sale staff at Makro confirm two year warrenty as does the packaging.
