This company only cares about selling - don't expect service

Bought a Russell Hobbs bread machine through TakeALot - it stopped working after a year. As it was after 6 months TakeALot washed its hands of the problem saying I should contact Russell Hobbs directly. After about 3 months they (Living Brands) finally responded back, took a few days to get the right details out of them and handed in my bread machine 9 June. About two weeks later they confirmed they will repair under warranty and since then absolutely NO response.
