Terrible service

<p>I bought an iron over a year ago from pick n pay. A stockist of pineware. The iron broke a day before the last day of the guarantee. When I bought the product I was told it has a 1 year guarantee. I took the iron to the store then I was told a completely different story. I was told to take the product to the service agent myself. It's been over 3 weeks and I'm still without an iron. Pineware isn't helping at all. </p>
