Swopping goods at the service department
I bought 2 irons over a year ago one phillips and one russell hobbs. Phillips iron was main iron we used in the house and russell hobb iron was put away as a backup iron incase something happens to the phillips. After about a year the phillips had to go for repairs so started to use the russel hobbs. Firstly the russell hobb iron brand new iron out of the box worked for a week and immediately gave me problems. Bought the iron at Makro alberton so took it back there for repairs in very good condition but then i was told the repairs r going to cost me R153 so decided to get iron back with no repairs cause i know people who can do a better job cheaper. And then when i got my iron back from the repair center they sent me back an old iron with scratches and very dirty. I gave an iron that only worked for week in very good condition with no scratches and i keep insisting onmy original iron but havent been getting any respond and ive asked makro to tell the suppler to call me two weeks ago but have never received any responds from home of living brands, they insist on giving me an old iron with red scatches which is not mine. Please guys i would like my iron back which was mint condition.
