Sugen Moodley Superb Customer Service Delivery

I wish to note that I had a request from Russell Hobbs to replace a Glass Jar and Blade Mechanism for a broken Smoothie Maker. I contacted head office Jhb and my request was delegated to Sugen Moodley from Home of Living Brands Service Center Pinetown. Aside from sourcing replacement parts at a reduced price Sugen Moodley even delivered said replacements to my door. Whilst delivering said replacement he cheerfully accepted a repair for my Russell Hobbs Juicer that had malfunctioned that very week. He took it away assessed it replaced the Juicer with a brand new unit at no charge. The amazing thing about him is that he even delivered the replacement Juicer at no charge to my door. Superb customer service like this deserves every accolade. Thumbs up to Sugen Moodley and his team.
