SALTON YET ANOTHER COMPLAINT UNUNSWERED

I bought 2 Salton Electric Pressure cookers which claims to be non stick. It somehow got burned the first time we (pne was gift) used it and after 3 times it was totally unusable. There is like a hard black layer on the bottom of the inner pots (I think is the non stick peeling away) They now want me to buy ANOTHER 2 inner pots made of the same poor quality material. WHY would I want to do that, based on the other complaints here the exact same thing is going to happen. I have them in boxes as I did not use them long enough to throw away the boxes and they refuse to refund. Absolutely the worst brand.
