Salton - Unit with no replacement filters!!!!!

I Bought a Salton desktop water dispenser online via Takealot the end of May this year. I have been battling now for 3 months just to get replacements filters for this unit. I spoke to Salton in Johannesburg ***. All they do is make promises. I am sitting with a unit that I cant use, and no one does something. I keep on leaving messages, and every now and then someone phones me, just to promise that filters will be available soon, and they will courier to me, once they have it. BUT NOTHING!!!!!!!!
