Salton 6 L Pressure Cooker

Good day,

My Salton electric pressure cooker 6 L is still under warranty.

Its throughs out an error ER4 when switch on.

I would like someone to look at the appliance.

Please advise can it be collected at House and Home in Tygervalley ? At the moment I am unable to drive through to Ndabeni . Or provide an alternative in collection.

No one is answering the phone in service department. I have called numerous times.
