Rusty Russell Hobbs air fryer

I bought the RHXXL4000 Purifry Max 2.0 Air Fryer, 5.8 Litre Capacity and it started just chipping inside, the black paint from inside would be stuck on my meat when I take it out. It has gotten worse now, everything I make in there tastes very rusty. Tried to reach out to them and they were not of any assistance!
