Rusty Russell Hobbs

I bought a Russell Hobbs Microwave Oven. Two months after the guarantee expired the inside of the door started rusting. Now the turntable floor is starting to rust and the air vents. This is just over two years old. I will never buy another Russell Hobbs appliance because they don't care about their customers. I telephoned and emailed my complaint. They promised to phone me but after a year I am still waiting.
