RUSSELL N HOBS BAD PRODUCT N SERVICE

I purchased this item just over a year ago and had problems with the heating technician sorted the micro an 2 month later the same problem occurred again the technician came again and this time there is more problems with the micro. The technician said he will order the stuff from jhb an will be here within 2 days. Witch never arrived when I phoned the boss he sent me the courier delivery doc. And till date nothing has been done. I also phoned Russell Hobbs thy promised to call me back. But never did. I am really disappointed and will never buy any Russell hob items in the future I would have hoped Russell m hobs would value clients and provide quality products only to realize they prefer clients to suffer without the use of the microwave. Sad reality but so true Yet had it been defy I would have had a new one sent to me already
