Russell Hobbs Warentee Service

I had an issue where Pick and Pay would not assist me with my Russell Hobbs Toaster. They would not fulfill my warranty, because i didn't have the original box the product was purchased with.

I contacted Russell Hobbs and made contact with Stephanie Letchman. She assisted me with brilliant service. She has telephonic etiquette, she was so polite, and she took her time and listened to my issue, unlike the Management at Pick and Pay. She also had the courtesy to call back and find out if the PnP store accepted the toaster. Brilliant service *******
