These people (Home Of Living Brands) are *******! I bought a Russell Hobbs top-of-the-range electric blanket online in June. The blanket stopped working after 1 month, and now I cannot get hold of them - they do not respond to my emails and their phone lines go through to some helpless marketing agency that claim they also struggle with these ^&%^&^&*^&********. please BEWARE - DO NOT BUY RUSSELL HOBBS products, and please DO NOT BUY FROM HOME OF LIVING BRANDS!! If you do, you will be buying yourself a mountain of stress and frustration.
