Russell Hobbs Poor Quality

I bought a Russell Hobbs Heritage Kitchen Machine on the 2017/10/12 through Takealot.com. On the 2018/05/28 the motor packed up on the machine. I sent it in to Home Of Living Brands in Johannesburg on the 2018/06/04. I phoned them on the 2018/06/12 to get an update on the repairs of the machine. They told me that I had to collect my machine as they cant get the parts for the machine and return it to the place where I bought it for a refund. This is so unacceptable for me as I thought Russell Hobbs was a good quality brand of products. Not even a year after I bought the machine it packed up. Now I have to spend another bunch of money for a new machine. Where has the quality gone and where is the customer service from Home Of Living Brands. They just have this attitude that sorry we can't help and you need to sort it out yourself's as we have already made our money of you sir.
