Russell Hobbs - Never Again
I purchased a Russell Hobbs microwave about 4 years ago, never again, the inside started peeling, underneath the plate where the rotational wheel is bubbled up. There is no quality to this appliance at all. People also rave about their appliances but it just costs more money and less value. Would rather buy an AIM or something cheaper, they last longer and don't appear like a second hand microwave.

05 Oct 2022, 09:29Home of Living Brands advises me that my microwave is not cleaned properly - NICE and the issue I am complaining about is rust. Not sure what engineers they use that can't tell the difference between a microwave bubbling up from underneath the motor and the paint peeling off from the heat it cannot withstand. I DID NOT ASK FOR A NEW MICROWAVE - People that work in Customer Service should be taught the proper etiquette and how to respond when dealing with customers. Don't intimate that my microwave is dirty. YOU ARE WELCOME TO SEND YOUR SO CALLED ENGINEER TO VIEW THE MICROWAVE AND TELL ME IN MY FACE IT'S NOT CLEAN.
